The location was truly excellent, just a short walk to the Duomo. Valeria offered outstanding assistance during check-in and even arranged a cot for our child. The room was clean, with spotless corners, including under the bed! The view from our room was beautiful, with the city skyline adding a lovely touch to our stay.
I noticed a few minor maintenance issues that could use some addressing.
